What shipping options does Julie’s Original offer?
All of our packages are shipped via UPS and USPS. In an effort to get you the goods in a speedy way, we ship at least four days a week. We also usually ship USPS Priority or First Class.
In an effort to keep shipping prices as low as possible, we are charging you less than what USPS + UPS charges us (we pick up a lot of the cost). We are not adding any handling charges. We will continue to do whatever we can to bring you the lowest shipping costs. Unfortunately the carriers charge a lot for shipping due to fuel costs, etc…, and our mixes are heavy. If only we could all negotiate Amazon’s rates: )
It doesn’t appear you ship to my country. What can I do?
If you’d like to order from us but you are outside of the U.S. (or Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico), email us and we will try our best to ship our product to you (orders@juliesoriginal.com).
My order was shipped 2 weeks ago and I still have not gotten it. What should I do?
It’s best to first check the address we shipped to, which was provided to us when you checked out. We send 2 emails to the purchaser; when we receive the order and and when your package is shipped. Did you get those emails? Please find them and see that the proper address was provided. Email us (orders@juliesoriginal.com) if it was not. If it was, please email us and we’ll help you out! Our contact phone number is 503.730.2844.
How can I pay for my orders?
We accept payment online by credit card and PayPal.
I have a question, who should I ask?
Write to us (julie@juliesoriginal.com)! We’re super friendly and we love to hear from you!
I’d like to share one of the recipes I make with your mix

Is your site secure?
Yes! Because we know how important security is for our customers, Julie’s Original has taken great measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of ordering information such as credit card numbers, addresses and personal data.
Julie’s Original uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology for encrypting data transmitted over the internet. SSL was created by Netscape and is supported by most internet browsers, including Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer. If you see a green line at the top of your window and a symbol (usually in the lower portion of your screen) that looks like a lock and key, then you are protected by SSL protocol. Other browsers use similar, but not necessarily identical, indicators.
If you’re having trouble with our website, please email us (contact@juliesoriginal.com) and let us know. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are located in Portland, Oregon.
