For the virtual workshops, upon signing up you will be sent the recipes and a shopping list, so that you can cook along with Julie during the live class.
For the live classes in Portland, they will be held at a private kitchen, and the information will be sent to you once you sign up. The classes will note if they are hands-on or demonstration.
All of the recipes are gluten-free and vegan.
