Meet our artisan baking mixes, all deliciously gluten-free and vegan!
Our white cake mix is blended from premium super-fine flours, which gives the cake a perfect texture. No scratchy rice flours in our mix. We also add sorghum flour, which adds a lovely sweet flavor, fiber and added nutrition. Our mix is free from all of the major allergens, and makes a perfect classic white cake. The cake can be topped with a fluffy buttercream or chocolate frosting (see Julie’s fantastic frosting recipes on this site), or sliced up and served alongside fresh fruit or berries or even served with a smear of lemon curd or raspberry preserves. Our white cake mix also makes a perfect building block to create other recipes. We will be adding new recipes and videos to this site all of the time, but think pina colada, chai spice, lemon poppyseed, and so many more. You can even use the white cake in your favorite trifle or tiramisu recipes too. The possibilities are endless!
Chocolate Fudge Brownies
For years, Julie has sought to create the ultimate brownie. A brownie that is chocolaty, chewy and fudgy, all at the same time. We are happy to say that not only did Julie create that ultimate brownie, but she has blended the ingredients for you, so that all you have to do is add non-dairy milk and oil, and you can enjoy these amazing brownies at home. For an extra special treat, add 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips to the unbaked batter, or your favorites nuts, dried cherries, cranberries or even dried apricots. The possibilities are endless!
